29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Located in the heart of the pink city, in a typical Toulouse building, this charming 29m² flat is sure to make your stay unforgettable. Nestled on the 1st floor WITHOUT a lift, it offers all the comfort and practicality you need. Small living room with sofa and open-plan kitchen; fold-down dining table overlooking the Garonne; small bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room.
For your utmost comfort, the flat is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker*, iron, hairdryer, wifi, ceiling fan for hot days... everything is there to make you feel at home.
*Our little gesture for the planet, the accommodation has a coffee machine without capsules (coffee balls). The balls are sold at the DARTY shop just 7 minutes' walk from the flat.
Note: The flat is located in the heart of Toulouse, a very lively city. Sometimes there can be noise at certain times, especially at weekends.

We offer a parking space for rent (subject to availability) in an underground car park near the Capitole (a 5-minute walk from the accommodation). The rate is 14€/day.
The flat is located in a small, typically Toulousian condominium in the city centre, facing the Garonne.
